Return & Exchange Policy
At Double R Boutique, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. To provide clarity and transparency, here is our policy regarding returns and exchanges:
- No Returns: We do not offer returns on any products. We encourage you to make your selections carefully and thoughtfully.
- Exchange Only within 14 Days: We understand that circumstances may arise where an exchange is necessary. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the process within 14 days from the date you have received all your purchased items in the same order. We want to make sure you have ample time to decide if the product meets your expectations.
- Customer's Responsibility: The cost associated with returning the item for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping fees and any other related charges. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Equal or Higher Value Exchange: When opting for an exchange, please note that the replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase. If the new item exceeds the value of the original, you will be responsible for paying the difference. This policy ensures a fair exchange process for all our customers.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for exchange.
- Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day window. They will guide you through the process, provide you with the necessary information, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Important note:
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable (regardless of whether your order includes shipping fees or not), and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Please do not send your item(s) to the sender's address listed on your package. This is not the return address and will delay the processing of your exchange.
- Please make sure you have not included DOUBLE R BOUTIQUE item(s) by accident in your exchange package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
- doublerbtq.com is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to process an exchange for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@doublerbtq.com with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
