Return & Exchange Policy
At Double R Boutique, we design with quality, detail, and exclusivity in mind. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
🇺🇸 U.S. Orders
We offer store credit only for eligible returns requested within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
🌍 International Orders
Most international orders are considered final sale.
Where permitted by applicable law, international orders are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation.
For customers who are entitled to return rights under applicable consumer protection laws, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Double R Boutique products are produced after an order is placed. Production may begin shortly after order confirmation.
Products designated as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation.
Estimated production and shipping timeframes are disclosed on the applicable product page.
Customs, Duties & Return Charges
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and any other costs associated with the delivery or return of an order.
Orders refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges will not be refunded, credited, or reshipped.
Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges incurred by Double R Boutique as a result of a return shipment may be deducted from any refund, store credit, or amount otherwise payable to the customer where permitted by applicable law.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by Double R Boutique before being shipped. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Customers must return approved items to the return address provided by Double R Boutique.
Inspection & Processing
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Items that are worn, used, damaged, altered, missing tags, or otherwise not in their original condition may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Agreement
By placing an order with Double R Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
