Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing:
- Once you place an order with us, our dedicated team works diligently to process it as quickly as possible.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information when your package is prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping & Delivery Options:
- Shipping & delivery time does not include such processing time.
- Shipping charges and estimated delivery date will be calculated at checkout.
3. Exceptions:
Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package.
4. Custom Duties:
All shipments are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed on your order are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers take full liability for all exchange shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Double R Boutique cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
