Order Processing Time

We offer different processing times depending on the product:

- Standard items: processed within 1–3 business days

- Made-to-order / special items: processed within 7–15 business days

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times (After Dispatch)

- 🇺🇸 United States: 2–5 business days

- 🌍 International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Locations

We ship from the United States to worldwide destinations including the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and other international regions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes:

- The shipment may be returned or discarded by the carrier

- No refund or store credit will be issued

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
